The Kirby Morgan® 37 Continues Our Tradition Of Providing The Highest Quality And Superior Performance. The Kirby Morgan 37 Diving Helmet comes standard with the Quad-Valve™ exhaust system, which has less breathing resistance than the older single valve exhaust while providing an extremely dry hat. This system is recommended for diving in biologically contaminated water. Our SuperFlow® 350 regulator is a proven design that provides excellent breathing characteristics over a wide range of depths.
The 455 Balanced regulator, sets a milestone in surface supplied breathing performance and is also compatible with all Kirby Morgan Helmets and BandMasks® that feature the SuperFlow® 350 or 450 regulators.
The 455 Balanced regulator is a downstream balanced poppet design, and is featured on the new KM 97 Helmet. Like the widely used SuperFlow® 350, the 455 Balanced has a multi turn bias adjustment allowing the diver to compensate for variations in supply pressure and changes in physical attitude.
The regulator body is made of 316 stainless steel, as are all its other metal components. The 455 Balanced regulator is designed and engineered to be rugged, long lasting and easy to disassemble for simple, fast, cleaning and servicing.
The 455 Balanced regulator meets all requirements of European standard EN15333-1 and is CE approved and CR rated.
The Kirby Morgan 37 is one of the most popular designs in the world. It's considered the standard of the commercial diving industry, as well as the U.S. Navy. Choose the Kirby Morgan 37 if you want a rugged diving helmet with a traditional design.

SuperFlow® 350 Regulator
This all metal, fully adjustable, Commercial Rated™ demand regulator provides easy breathing and excellent performance with low pressure compressors.
|
Whisker Wings
Bubble deflecting Whisker wings keep bubbles further from face port and ears, improving visibility and decreasing internal noise.
|
Nose Block Device
Allows the diver to block the nose to equalize ears.
|
Gas Supply Non-Return Valve
Commercial Rated™, It prevents loss of gas pressure in the event of umbilical damage.
|
Air Train
The air train diffuses incoming breathing air/gas onto the face port/lens to defog and ventilate.
|
Defogging Steady Flow Valve Provides an additional flow of gas into the helmet for ventilation and defogging. |
|
||
Emergency (EGS) Valve
Supplies backup breathing gas to the diver.
|
fiberglass and Carbon Fiber Reinforced Shell.
The helmet shell is hand laid up glass fiber reinforced thermal setting polyester (fiberglass) with carbon fiber reinforcement at key points for added durability. It is light and highly impact resistant, and provides a heat/cold barrier as well as being an excellent electrical nonconductor.
|
Rapid Change Modular Communications Systems
Because the module is easily removed the helmet, repair or replacement of communications parts is quick and trouble free. It is available with either a male waterproof connector or a bare wire post connection.
