DiveHelmets.com does everything possible to make sure your order is 100% correct.   Prior to returning you product you must contact DiveHelmets.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Customer is responsible for return shipping to DiveHelmets.com. Shipping costs are non-refundable. (Exception: If your order was shipped by us incorrectly or is damaged upon delivery, we will refund your return shipping cost with your refund or exchange, provided your order is returned unused and in original packaging.) You must claim your damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Goods returned without authorization will be refused. Goods damaged or in open packaging wPlease call 609-646-5090 during normal business hours. Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery. Contract orders, custom orders, special order items, wholesale orders and closeout products may not be returned unless found to be defective under the manufacturers warranty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Restocking Fee
Some products including, but not limited to, special order products, non-inventory items, sized items and certain quantities of items are subject to a restocking fee. These fees differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Please check before ordering if your order is subject to any restocking fees.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@divehelmets.com and send your item to:

Damaged In Delivery
DiveHelmets.com does everything to package your products for safe delivery, however accidents in shipping do occasionally happen. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. This means once the product leaves our warehouse the responsibility and ownership transfers to you the customer. DiveHelmets.com insures every package unless instructed by the customer not to do so. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If you discover any damage, report it to the carrier immediately. Retain all packaging for future inspection. DO NOT return the damaged merchandise to DiveHelmets.com without prior approval. In most cases claims will be handled by the carrier and you.
